  • The invitation into healing came first—and it cracked me open. I left the City and stepped into a deeper kind of knowing. I didn’t take business to healing. I brought healing into business.

    As one of CTI’s original European faculty, I helped pioneer coaching into global companies—long before it was fashionable. For over 25 years, I’ve brought that same spirit into business, from boardrooms to frontlines, helping leaders grow and teams transform. Coaching gave shape to what I sensed all along: that real change begins within. It offered a path—not just to perform, but to become whole.

    Now I live in southwest France, coach around the world, and am building the Wild Heart Centre—a sanctuary for leaders ready to lead with courage, connection, and soul.

    My coaching career started in 2002 when I trained to be a professional coach with the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). My 15 years as a front of room leader for CTI took me all over the world and equipped me to be an excellent facilitator in whatever environment.
     

    I am married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I love cycling and walking. I live in Leigh on Sea near London.

  • I began my working life as an Outward Bound Instructor at Aberdyfi Outward Bound in Wales 1983. This was a baptism of fire. Working with a range of people from young offenders to trainee pilots, from the wealthy to the very poor. This diversity had me learning and adapting to the needs of the groups fast! Success is powerful but owning their success is inspirational. This “owning the learning and the results” was key.
     

    I moved into the corporate world of team and leadership development in 1990. I worked with a variety of organisations such as Siemens, Capital One, Wartsila, Pentland Brands, ZF, Johnson and Johnson, and Business schools such as Aston and Warwick and many more. 
     

    In 2011 I began working with Siemens as an external coach on their Global leadership programme, this continues today. I met Andy Denne at this time and am now privileged to work with Living Teams.

  • Having started my professional life as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, my first steps in the field of training and development were working in the professional development team of the Outward Bound Trust, on the west coast of Scotland, and in the English Lake District.

    Moving in to coaching was a perfect progression, and I started training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2000, and then had the privilege of joining their faculty in 2008. Over the years I have worked as an associate for various other organisations as well, including the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). I am delighted to have been part of Living Teams since its birth.

  • From the worlds of teaching and tourism, I developed my facilitation skills across cultures and in different languages (French, English and Spanish).   • I started my career in tech innovation. Over time, I shifted to coaching individuals and teams navigating change in complex environments, from media start-ups to Fortune 500 companies around the world.
     

    My style blends systems thinking, compassion, and bold challenge. I’ve coached leaders in over 15 countries, and bring personal experience from numerous expeditions in remote areas like kayaking in Svalbard, crossing the Lut desert in Iran, trekking in Kyrgyzstan, and cycling the Danakil desert in Ethiopia.
     

    Originally from Italy, I live between cultures, currently in Thailand with my husband, while our grown children are in Milan, London and New York. I recharge through movement, silence, and deep connection.

    I have been coaching since 2006 in partnership with a range of clients: professionals, artists, coaches in training, senior leaders and executive teams in multinational corporations in various sectors (engineering, banking, pharma, telecom, consulting, non-profit…) 

    I am a life-long learner, exploring wisdom traditions like the Enneagram and the Delicate Lodge Teachings, also studying neuroscience, Great Story coaching, improvisation, and more recently, trauma informed coaching with Thomas Huebl and Warriors for the Human Spirit with Margaret Wheatley. 
     

    I have lived in the UK since 1996, with a few years in Spain in parallel. I spend a lot of enjoyable time cooking, exercising, going to the cinema and theatre and seeing friends.

I love exploring how intention shapes energy, how beauty grounds us, and how the spaces we inhabit can gently invite us home.

    Together with Andy, I’m now co-creating the Wild Heart Centre—a sanctuary for healing, bold tenderness, and soulful leadership.
