The invitation into healing came first—and it cracked me open. I left the City and stepped into a deeper kind of knowing. I didn’t take business to healing. I brought healing into business.
As one of CTI’s original European faculty, I helped pioneer coaching into global companies—long before it was fashionable. For over 25 years, I’ve brought that same spirit into business, from boardrooms to frontlines, helping leaders grow and teams transform. Coaching gave shape to what I sensed all along: that real change begins within. It offered a path—not just to perform, but to become whole.
Now I live in southwest France, coach around the world, and am building the Wild Heart Centre—a sanctuary for leaders ready to lead with courage, connection, and soul. That sacred spark when someone steps into their truth—brave, vulnerable, awake. It’s the heartbeat of transformation, the call of every hero’s journey.

My corporate background is in marketing, on both the client and agency sides.
It was during my 10 years as joint MD of The Marketing Store Worldwide that I learned the thrill of exceeding client expectations and what it takes to ‘go the extra mile’ in order do so. It made us serial winners.
My coaching career started in 2002 when I trained to be a professional coach with the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). My 15 years as a front of room leader for CTI took me all over the world and equipped me to be an excellent facilitator in whatever environment.
I am married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I love cycling and walking. I live in Leigh on Sea near London.
Courage.
Some days that is just getting out of bed in the morning!
Courage inspires me when I see it in others – it’s visceral and vulnerable.
In many ways, I see my job as encouraging others to achieve things they don’t believe are possible.

I started my career in a marketing consultancy, where I honed my skills in account management, strategic communication, and client service. I then moved into the leadership development space, taking on a broader role that combined business growth, operational management, and end-to-end project delivery.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clients across sectors to understand their challenges, anticipate their needs, and ensure their goals are met—while also contributing to the smooth and successful running of internal teams and processes.
I live in rural Warwickshire, UK with my husband and daughter and when I’m not working, I’m mostly outdoors appreciating nature whilst walking our dog.
Being outside brings me to life.
I love walking and enjoying everything that nature has to offer.

I began my working life as an Outward Bound Instructor at Aberdyfi Outward Bound in Wales 1983. This was a baptism of fire. Working with a range of people from young offenders to trainee pilots, from the wealthy to the very poor. This diversity had me learning and adapting to the needs of the groups fast! Success is powerful but owning their success is inspirational. This “owning the learning and the results” was key.
I moved into the corporate world of team and leadership development in 1990. I worked with a variety of organisations such as Siemens, Capital One, Wartsila, Pentland Brands, ZF, Johnson and Johnson, and Business schools such as Aston and Warwick and many more.
In 2011 I began working with Siemens as an external coach on their Global leadership programme, this continues today. I met Andy Denne at this time and am now privileged to work with Living Teams.

Moving in to coaching was a perfect progression, and I started training with the Coaches Training Institute in 2000, and then had the privilege of joining their faculty in 2008. Over the years I have worked as an associate for various other organisations as well, including the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). I am delighted to have been part of Living Teams since its birth.

I started my career in tech innovation. Over time, I shifted to coaching individuals and teams navigating change in complex environments, from media start-ups to Fortune 500 companies around the world. My style blends systems thinking, compassion, and bold challenge. Originally from Italy, I live between cultures, currently in Thailand with my husband, while our grown children are in Milan, London and New York. I recharge through movement, silence, and deep connection.

I once ran an award-winning restaurant in the UK. When I became pregnant, we followed a wilder dream—moving to France to raise our family close to nature.
Over the last decade, I’ve practiced BUQI healing—supporting people to restore vitality, calm, and flow. My hands are always weaving something: a healing space, a home, a pot on the wheel. I love exploring how intention shapes energy, how beauty grounds us, and how the spaces we inhabit can gently invite us home.
Together with Andy, I’m now co-creating the Wild Heart Centre—a sanctuary for healing, bold tenderness, and soulful leadership.
It’s the natural next stitch in the tapestry we’ve been weaving for years.Stillness. Beauty. Wild laughter. And that sacred moment when someone’s heart opens—and something true, tender, and whole is finally free to arrive.

As a certified Resonance Trainer, I bring deep listening, presence, and embodied awareness to everything I do.

My clients tell me I'm caring and fun yet challenging when needed. I bring emotional depth to my work, seeing the big picture while keeping things practical and straightforward.
I have worked with people from six continents and across industries - from aviation companies to pharmaceuticals, startups to government institutions. As a business owner myself and having worked in financial communications before coaching, I bring solid business understanding to my practice.
Born in Germany and having lived in Canada, the UK, France and Italy, Belgium is now home with my husband, three children and dog. I speak fluent German, English and French and love being outdoors, playing sports or reading a good book.

Nature grounds, nourishes, and connects me to what matters most. It helps me regulate and reminds me of my purpose—essential for me to thrive. Whether simply sticking my head out the window for fresh air or hiking up a mountain, nature restores my sense of being.

Before discovering the transformative power of coaching and systemic facilitation, I performed as a professional opera singer across Europe for over a decade. Today, I lead a coaching and facilitation practice focused on individual transformation, collective awareness, and systemic change.
I work with a wide range of clients - from entrepreneurs and creatives to emerging and senior leaders - and design and deliver public workshops, organisational programs, and large-scale dialogues. I also serve on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the nniDialogue Institute, contributing to the development of new coaches and practitioners globally.
As a certified Resonance Trainer, I bring deep listening, presence, and embodied awareness to everything I do.
I live in Berlin. I love cats, playing the piano, and swimming outdoors.
The full spectrum of human emotion - felt and witnessed through music I play and listen to, soulful and playful conversations, moments of vulnerability, and the deep connections I share in my work and life with beautiful human beings.

Since 2004, I've worked with teams and individuals who genuinely want to grow as leaders.
Nature.
Nature grounds, nourishes, and connects me to what matters most. It helps me regulate and reminds me of my purpose—essential for me to thrive. Whether simply sticking my head out the window for fresh air or hiking up a mountain, nature restores my sense of being.
